CAREER CENTER
As a member benefit, Chesapeake Section AWWA Members are now invited to post their job openings in our new online Career Center for FREE! Members are also welcome to create a profile and include their resume to streamline applying for a posted job opening, and also for others to find them through the Career Center.
There are numerous features in the system available to members, committees, even non-members, and detailed information can be found on the Help page of the Member Portal.

MDE OFFICE HOURS
MDE is holding office hours at 10 am on August 25 and October 29, 2025 to answer questions regarding the upcoming PFAS rule, PFAS treatment and funding available for PFAS projects through MDE. These office hours are in follow up to their webinar on these same topics, which was presented on June 25 and which can be accessed here.
If you were not able to attend the webinar or have further questions, you can sign up for one of their upcoming office hours sessions. These sessions are geared toward drinking water systems in Maryland and those who work with them, such as engineers and consultants.
Questions will be collected on the registration link, or you can also ask your questions live during the office hours sessions. Questions and answers will be collected and made available as a document on the MDE website and sent to all registrants.
